Introducing FleetX Lite: DriveNoggin™ Sensing & Intelligence for Fleets
Our first product brings multi-modal sensing, on-board AI and replayable trip records to the vehicles fleets already run. Pilot discussions are now open.
ETECHSTARS Inc. is introducing FleetX Lite, the first product built on its DriveNoggin™ sensing and intelligence technology. FleetX Lite is a retrofit kit for commercial vehicles that combines optical sensors, radar, satellite and inertial positioning and a vehicle-data link with on-board AI, giving drivers and fleets a live, verifiable understanding of the space around each vehicle.
FleetX Lite is built around four principles:
- Sense with complementary modalities, so each one strengthens the others
- Fuse every stream on a single master clock
- Run all perception on the vehicle, with no cloud round-trip
- Record everything, so any trip can be replayed and examined
What FleetX Lite does today
In testing on an instrumented truck and in replay of real recorded drives, the system recognizes vehicles, people, signs and signals in real time and attaches a measured distance to each one, fused with radar where coverage overlaps. Objects keep stable identities as they move, parked vehicles are told apart from moving traffic, and positions are predicted up to three seconds ahead. Every sensor is recorded into integrity-checked sessions that can be replayed through the same software that ran on the road.
Honest by design
FleetX Lite reports what it measures and flags what it cannot see. A sensor that is missing or failing is shown as missing, never simulated. FleetX Lite is a sensing and information system: it does not brake or steer.
Availability
FleetX Lite is in pilot development, and ETECHSTARS is now inviting box-truck, delivery and tractor-trailer fleets to scope pilot installations. The no-drill mounting system is designed for leased and rental vehicles. Final features, fitment and specifications are confirmed for each vehicle in the customer proposal.
